today is the last day for trial slimming programme.. i'll be continouing with the 10-day programme after this.. and u guys guess what's my progress on the 3rd day.. hehe.. i lose about 0.8kg.. almost 1kg.. Alhamdulillah.. it makes me more excited with this programme. hopefully i will achieve my ideal weight soon..
Semakin hari semakin menjadi2 berat badan aku ni.. x bleh jadi ni.. so aku pon pikir la apa yg mesti aku buat.. kebetulan ada kawan bgtau yg dia tgh ikut 1 program ni. aku pun ape lg pegi la survey. smpai tempat tu, pompuan cina ni pon explain la panjang lebar.. aku dh trpengaruh.. trus la try.. ari ni br ari kedua aku try program ni.. sepatutnya dh hari ke-3 tp sebabnye semlm aku gi hspital temankan mak aku gi review so x dpt la dtg. Pg2 kena gi kedai tu utk amik breakfast. breakfast tu cuma minum jus yg dia buat dan minum tea. actually dia guna produk herbalife shapework. jus buat dr ape2 jenis buah pon bleh campur dengan herbalife shapework tu. soya n oat. kena minum 1 cawan besar + teh 1 jug. mana x kenyang.. harap2 dpt la kurangkan berat badan dlm tempoh 6 bln ni... chaiyo!! chaiyo!!
Sunday afternoon.. we went to 1Borneo. Just jln2 window shopping. actually ni baru kali kedua i went to 1Borneo eventhough it was open on last july this year. ari2 lalu je x singgah pon msk. 1st time gi pon ari jumaat lepas gi tgk wayang.. citer antoo fighter. tgk ngan anak2 buah. hohoho... Dlm 1Borneo tu ade Borneo Rainforest.. ingatkan besar ler rainforest tu.. skali masuk kecik je tmpat tu. hehe.. buat rugi duit je. nasib baik leh buat minum voucher tu.

Ari Sabtu lepas, we planned to picnic once again at Sabandar beach.. lg2 sabandar beach.. tu je yg ok.. hehe... kali ni tambah quorum lg. Abg i n his family dr kl blk kg. so bawak la dorang ni gi picnic. x tau nk citer ape.. tgk je la all these pics... layaaannnn..
Dah 4 ari x sihat. Demam + batuk + selesema.. teruk gak kali ni. semalam aku amik mc. x larat nk gi keje. bila bgn pg tu sendi2 badan ni sumer sakit. so aku pon x gi keje. amik mc. Demam ni start bila aku kena ujan mlm sabtu ari tu.. masa tu aku gi majlis kenduri kawin anak cousin aku.
x dpt nk snap gambar byk2 masa tu. aku dpt gi masa mlm tu je. lpas tu aku x gi lg sbab dah demam. so ni je la skit gambar yg sempat aku amik. Asyik gi majlis kawin org je... aku nyer majlis biler ler agaknyer.. kuang... kuang.. kuang... dh puas amik berkat.. hohohoho...
Yang ni plak cousin and anak sedara aku gak. Yang duduk tu cousin aku, Tini and yang berdiri tu anak sedara aku Yanti.. Yanti tu pon dh kawin.. dh ade anak pon.. so anak dia pon pggil nenek la ngan aku.. kesiannyer.. hohohoo...
Ni dipanggil kulintangan. sama gak cam gamelan tp yg ni tradisional org bajau.
Org berzanji kt luar umah sebab dalam dh penuh ngan org pompuan.

Kali ni nk citer pasal family gathering on 26 -27 October 2008 @ Mimpian Jadi Resort. That was so fun and we enjoyed the moment. We had BBQ on the nite. I wish i can organize that kind of event in future again. May the happiness will last forever n ever to my family...
Paling happy bila ade event cam ni of coz la bebudak sbab dpt bermain sama2. Awal2 pagi lagi bangun gi round keliling resort tu. excited sgt la tu.. budak2 mcm tu ler.. resort ni tk jauh pon dr umah aku. lebih kurang 10-15 minit dh sampai resort ni. tp jln ade gravel byk.
Budak2 ni kalo boleh sumer tempat diorang nk amik gambar..
